Coordinate with 3PL partner for Inward, Outward & Return activities of warehouse operation. Maintain records of all incoming and outgoing shipments. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of goods. Coordinate with vendors and transport service providers for best rates and services. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and customers. Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services. Negotiate and manage contracts with logistics service providers and suppliers. Interacting with Sales team, Distributor, Dealer & Retail showrooms for sales order processing, billing, invoicing and timely executing orders in ERP. Coordinate with Import team for release required items from custom to mother warehouse, and providing item wise priority to Sales team & Dealers. Coordinate with service team for replacement of damaged goods. Planning STO for Pan India warehouse, ensuring timely vehicle placement, load optimization, dispatches, delivery according to TAT and tracking shipments with transporter and 3PL partner. Collecting PODs from transporters against monthly dispatches. Follow up for Reverse logistics of damaged, defective goods from customer, distributor & dealer end. Ensuring 100% billing and dispatch plan with making multiple deliveries to save cost & time. Sending DSR’s report on daily basis to MD, VP, CFO and Sales team party wise/ territory wise.
