Leading implementation of Reliability Standard Work (RSW) for all NRP initiatives • Proficient on all of the Reliability Tools for new product development for New & Recon parts business • Perform parenting analysis and provide estimates of warranty to finance team at initial stages of product/process development. • Review iDFMEA, DVP & R,FIRG for technical function readiness associated to product launch for NRP. • Provide technical support (reliability and warranty numbers) for all product launch team. • Support Current Product initiatives as needed and defined on workplan (Warranty, Reporting, etc.) • Support Customer Quality function by drafting various Technical Service Bulletins and Installation Instructions for aftermarket group regarding product changes & /or modifications. • Managing and mentoring one employee who is responsible for managing VPI metrics both for corporate SIPOC as well as Project Portfolio Management dashboard • Led Failure Investigation Reporting Group for NRP since Oct\'19 to June\'21 and since July\'21 delegated all administrative responsibilities to my reportee. • Supporting Manufacturing Quality function of NRP by helping ReCon Memphis Plant Quality function in their day to day activities till Aug\'21.
