I am a global operations and quality leader with 15+ years of experience driving performance across manufacturing, supplier quality, and complex supply chains. My career has been defined by leading cross-functional teams, building scalable systems, and aligning quality strategy with business outcomes in highly demanding, global environments. In my current role within a leading diesel engine manufacturer, I operate at the intersection of engineering, operations, and supplier networks—driving product integrity, mitigating risk, and enabling successful program launches across multiple regions. I have led initiatives involving supplier development, quality system implementation, and root cause-driven problem solving, consistently delivering measurable improvements in performance, cost, and customer satisfaction. Beyond the corporate environment, I have built and scaled a multi-million-dollar real estate investment portfolio, applying principles of operational excellence, process optimization, and customer experience to drive consistent returns and scalable growth. This entrepreneurial experience strengthens my ability to think in terms of ROI, risk management, and long-term value creation. My perspective is shaped by an international journey, developing fluency not only in language, but in cultural nuance, communication, and leadership across diverse teams and environments. In parallel, I have spent over 17 years engaged in community service and leadership, including serving as a bilingual facilitator and translator across multi-state regions.
