Team Lead Operations : MV AIS Handling Export & Domestic Customer for the respective projects including FAT (FactoryAcceptance Testing), Preparing MOM, and Compliance of technical and commercial points.To ensure smooth dispatch of panels within Delivery timelines. To plan and manage daily and monthly workload, inspection preparedness and participation in theclient inspections. Trouble shooting and solving the issues during routine testing of panels. Preparing and sharing reports/trackers to manage daily volume & monitor team productivity. Coordinate internally with Engineering, Production, Purchasing, Quality, Stores, and otherdepartments to improve and maintain a high level of customer support. Handling ISO audits, EHS audits, EnMS audits, External ISO audits, Factory approvals audits. Providing feedback to concerned execution engineer regarding drawing related issues. Submission of compliance and incorporation of necessary changes suggested by customer duringinspection and ensuring the same in the Panel before dispatch. Conduct daily meetings with respective shop floor Testing & Manufacturing team members.
