Directs the operations of the Jefferson County Development and Transportation Department. Develop, implement and create new policies, technologies and improvements to aid the county in providing service to its residents, citizens and business owners. Advise, assist, coordinate, meet and discuss long-term strategic goals with elected officials, department heads, county manager and staff. Implement, craft and develop strategic document sand overall process. Serve as ombudsman to high profile land use cases, corporate transactions, complaint issues at division levels and directives as assigned by the BCC. Direct, resolve, facilitate and accomplish solutions to issues that arise and coordinate with staff.
