I am an IT Network enthusiast with a passion for technical support. I have gained 5 years of experience in providing excellent customer service and quality solutions to customer problems as an IT Support Engineer. In addition, I have strengthened my communication skills whilst training users on new applications, with the ability to continuously learn, work independently, and initiate things independently. I\'ve passed CompTIA A+, MCP Windows 7 Professional, and MCP Windows’s server 2008 also will pass the exam for the Cisco CCNA qualification. I decided to dedicate myself to this certification in order to develop my practical skills and gain industry-recognized certifications. My objective is to secure a Network Engineer role, in a company where I will be constantly challenged, able to apply and build upon my current knowledge and experience.
