Technical expert with detailed knowledge of the engineering and technical aspects of GE gas turbines Interface with different stakeholders internally (Engineering, Project Managers, sales, QHSE, tooling.) and externally with the customer (operators.) to overcome project execution challenges Manage I&C Commissioning team during different types of outages in different countries Develop comprehensive commissioning, start-up and shutdown plans and schedules. Manage safety and quality on-site using different tools and ensure zero-Incident and Zero-CONC Responsible for completing technical reports, DSR, QCP, CTQ, PE and other required documents Raise NCR, ESR, RCA, CAIRS, ensure all safety measures are applied during the outages Extensive knowledge of power generation O&M, commissioning, controls systems, P & ID, etc. Responsible for GE gas turbine frame (5, 6, 9 B, E, F), control system Mark V, VI/e, DLN1, 2, 2.6+ Ensure correct installation, commissioning and maintenance practices are followed Lead and execute loop checks, and perform the functional tests during the commissioning phase Logic implementation, modification, forcing, assigning, checking, trend, report, troubleshooting, Diagnostic Faults and solving the problems by Toolbox/ST Provide our large tooling inventory with the related required tools for the upcoming outages Ensure successful and robust QHSE culture within teams based across varying entities Implement safety protocols and conduct risk assessments Lead and execute loop check and commissioning phase performing the functional tests Lead and execute unit start-up and performance tests ensuring proper and safe operation of the unit by evaluating the running parameters and troubleshoot control systemProjects:Team lead for I&C, commissioning team responsible for: Major Inspection for GE gas turbines Hot Gas Path Inspection Combustion Inspection Borescope Inspection Troubleshooting
