Leverage support for HRBPs, enabling them to provide more strategic and consultative client services. Assist on most aspects of HR related issues including but not limited to recruiting, compensation, employee relations matters, benefits, immigration, relocation, and talent management. • Oversee the offboarding of employees by sending them departure information and conducting exit interviews; analyze and share feedback as necessary. • Support employees relative to policies, procedures, issues and concerns; manage employee relations issues and create performance improvement plans as appropriate. • Oversight for Workday employees’ transactions with HR Coordinators: communicating transaction requests and tracking approvals. • Support and participate in the recruiting process for the assigned service lines; assist in tracking headcount and open requisitions; create and seek approvals for job requisition requests, send offer letters and help adjudicate background checks. • Assist in producing reports to enable data analytics and analysis. • Assist in the creation of PowerPoint presentations including monthly slides for leadership and global all-hands calls. • Assist with new hire orientation and work closely with hiring managers during the onboarding and integration process. • Assist the HRBP’s in the performance management program which includes year-end calibration meetings, salary planning and bonus administration. • Support the HRBP’s on the administration of the annual promotion process; seek references, consolidate evaluations and approvals. • Work closely with benefits team on employee leaves of absence. • Assist with any research to assist with HR projects or initiatives • Other duties as assigned.
