As a PRINCE 2 Qualified project manager, I am the main point of contact for a large number of clients, each with individual needs and requirements. My daily work includes regular customer updates in the form of email and telephone correspondence, the writing of validation plans/reports and ensuring all analyses is performed to the strict regulations and high standards Intertek value. In addition to my official role, I also play a vital part in improving data integrity, centralisation and simplification processes within the company, in addition to providing assistance with the recruitment process here at IPSM.
