Key Responsibilities\\\\n\\\\n1 Provide a structured and appropriate development journey for the apprentices enabling them to\\\\nmaximise their full potential.\\\\n2 Manage a cohort of learners by providing excellent coaching and support throughout their apprenticeship programme.\\\\n3 Deliver induction and industry relevant skills and behaviour sessions both face to face and online.\\\\nCarry out 5 weekly review/coaching calls with learners and line managers to ensure progression with their studies.\\\\n4 Ensure that all relevant paperwork, such as review forms, learner information files are completed in line with quality standards.\\\\n5 Work collaboratively with client services, line managers and apprenticeship support teams.\\\\nProvide detailed feedback to the apprentice on their progress against knowledge skills and behaviours relevant to their standards.\\\\n6 Update data management systems to show how apprentices are progressing.\\\\nFacilitate and moderate discussion forums on their VLE.\\\\n7 Communicate effectively with learners via the VLE and other appropriate tools and actively encourage learner engagement with their programmes using resources available as quality standards.\\\\nProvide academic (both pre-submission via advice on continuous development of learner e-portfolio\'s and post-submission) and safeguarding support to learners.\\\\n8 Provide academic (both pre-submission via advice on continuous development of learner e-portfolio\'s and post-submission) and safeguarding support to learners.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
