I operate within the construction sector with a focus on procurement, commercial performance, and compliance management across complex project environments.My role at Greystone Construction Ltd spans end-to-end procurement responsibility, commercial support, and the implementation of robust compliance systems aligned with ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards. I work closely with supply chains and project teams to ensure cost control, programme efficiency, and consistent adherence to regulatory and contractual requirements.A key part of my remit involves leading audit readiness and contributing to successful external certification processes, while embedding practical health, safety, and quality standards into day-to-day site operations. This includes oversight of documentation, risk management processes, and continuous improvement initiatives across projects.My approach is commercially driven and process-focused, with an emphasis on building efficient supply chains, strengthening compliance frameworks, and supporting the successful delivery of construction works at scale.
