I solve problems in creative ways. At IIT Delhi, where I am completing my Pre-Final year, I have learned the importance of time, and in order to sustain myself in this fast-changing world, I must keep learning. I did an internship at FrontRow as Dance Community content and product Intern, here I- Conducted 30+ user interviews to gain insights about their pain points and use them to improve customer retention - Conceptualized and implemented informal sessions, improved user retention by 15% by incorporating peer-to-peer learning - Increased attendance by 12%, reformed Batching system by segregating and prioritizing users based on the profciency level I was the Coordinator at INTER IIT SPORTS MEET, where I managed the logistics of 50+ events, I was the POC between the vendor and the IITD officials. I am the Director of the Fine arts society of IIT Delhi (FACC IITD). Apart from organizing 10+ events, here I have conceptualized and Implemented publicity campaigns and increased the reach by 3 folds. I am currently working as a Coordinator at Rendezvous IITDelhi, Asia\'s largest cultural fest. Let\'s see how it goes. Apart from this, I have won 5+ podiums in Drawing competitions and 3+ podiums in a Dance competitions during my last two years at IITD. Have also been the Mr. Fresher of IIT Delhi 2020. I am also a skilled designer with hand on experience in Pro create, and Figma. Also, I have recently started learning SQL. I’m eager to use my skills and experience in a larger organization where I can have a greater impact.
