Working on the Onward Homes SHDF 2.1 Retrofit Contract worth £10.5M as the Contracts Co-ordinator. My overall job purpose is to lead a team of Customer Liaison Officers, oversee the programme of works, schedule in the internal and external work measures for each property, oversee the lodgement process and work alongside the contract managers and the client to ensure success on the contract. My main duties include: Lead and manage a team of customer liaison officers, being responsible for their performance and work allocation Responsibility of the POW and to programme in a schedule of works, working around the customers’ needs and informing the site managers / subcontractors of when they can start the works in customer homes Line managing the site administrator and overseeing lodgement which includes collating evidence of works completed by the sub contractors is received and uploaded to trustmark and the clients portal Responsible for the social value aspect of the contract. This includes a 1% giveback equating to £100K. Looking at the clients themes and ensuring we are completing the SV commitments that were in the tender bid Attend weekly operational delivery and progress meetings with the client Ensure site managers and teams are aware of any customer requirements/issues including diversity issues that should be considered during the planning and execution of works, and update and coordinate responses accordingly To secure feedback from all tenants affected by the work in the form of a satisfaction questionnaire when the work is completed
