ABOUT AARON KNIEPER
Experience and education are the keys to a successful organization. As a proven supply chain, buyer and materials manager I have had multiple experiences in the development of organizations’ process flow development systems. As a Buyer/Material Planner, I’ve supervised material inventories of over $30 million. In working with Suppliers to adequately meet the Company’s terms and conditions, I have developed qualifying skills that will be an asset to your organization. Experiencing all aspects of the supply chain process, from running inventory, creating Supplier scorecards, developing ERP systems (including SAP), organizing team meetings and working closely with Sales and Production staff has made myself a highly qualified applicant. With multiple managerial roles, it has allowed for production development and sales increases at each position I’ve held. In these roles I developed myself through additional education by obtaining APICS-CPIM certifications. Being trusted to be put in supervising roles has been a welcomed privilege that has developed my communication skills. I have also led the facility in developing organizational plans in multiple departments, including budgets, schedules and event inventory. In developing programs, budgeting, and collaborating with city schools and developing staff, Wayne State University gave me proven experience. This experience, in addition, to the Masters’ of Public Relations & Organizational Communication degree, will allow for me to be a knowledgeable and proven leader.
