I am responsible for software delivery of CoFlow, an integrated production simulation modelling software application. In this role I also provide people leadership and software engineering guidance for the several teams that I work with.Accomplishments- Provided transparency in feature development by creating and promoting dashboards as the basis of conversations with stakeholders. Clients know what is happening and are part of the conversation- Introduced and coached teams on software practices that emphasize quality and team collaboration. Smart people bringing their best work to their team is inspiring- Created and presented development techniques and practices to the larger CMG software community for career growth and team evolution. A growth mindset is the fuel to tackle challenging problems.In short, I am a part-time product manager, people leader, agile coach and facilitator, and software engineer who gets to work with a marvelous group of engineers and computer scientists on really hard problems.
