Manage operational support teams, to ensure a robust service for application integrations- Proactively identify and resolve integration issues to minimize downtime and ensure maximum system uptime - Act as a point of contact and escalation for major incidents, ensuring the appropriate focus from the support teams - Oversight of transition of projects through the project lifecycle into support - Ensure roadmaps for the platform are in place, and work is planned to maintain the systems on the appropriate versions- Manage any software licencing and run cost budgeting, and renewals, working with procurement and the vendor management teams appropriately- Managing a back log of minor enhancements being delivered by support teams - Look for process improvements, and drive these through to fruition
