Contributed to over 40+ selections monthly, and successfully onboarded over 30+ resources quarterly.High Onboarding Success: Onboarded 250+ resources with a conversation-to-selection ratio of <83%.APAC Marketing Campaigns: Released marketing campaigns across the APAC region, focusing on attracting, hiring, and identifying top talent.
