Responsible for managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for senior hiring including HR evaluation, salary negotiations, fitment and job offers, along with managing the candidates, team of recruiters & consultants and the entire Engineering & Design LOB effectively.• Planning and executing activities for end to end recruitments at various level by understanding the requirement, resource availability in the market, and also by allocating work to the team based on their competency and strength. Researching talent markets & segments, industry trends and utilize statistics to influence hiring decisions. • Responsible for ensuring that the business is constantly updated with the progress of all the hiring activities by maintaining & publishing weekly/ quarterly reports. • Mentor the new joiners with respect to complete recruitment process, starting from job posting, telephonic screening, MIS, coordination, client interaction and the interview process as well as allocating positions.• Connect with team on weekly meetings to understand the hiring challenges & guiding them towards achieving weekly/ quarterly targets.
