I bring a strong blend of on-ground sales experience and Learning & Development leadership, having transitioned from a frontline sales role into L&D. This enables me to design capability solutions rooted in real field realities, not classroom assumptions.Currently, I work as an L&D Lead at CARS24, focused on strengthening Sales Capability and RM Performance through structured training programs, capability frameworks, and performance-driven learning interventions.My work involves diagnosing performance and skill gaps, designing targeted capability interventions, and partnering with stakeholders to improve field execution and business outcomes.
