As the Account Director for P&G, I oversee the strategic management of our in-house agency\'s relationship and operations. My key responsibilities include:Account Management- Leading a team of project managers to drive marketing initiatives across channels, with a focus on vernacular marketing- Nurturing and strengthening client relationships to champion initiatives that drive business growth- Keeping senior management informed of key client opportunities, potential risks, and other critical nuances- Ensuring client delight through efficient and effective delivery of services- Establishing regular review and feedback mechanisms with clients to ensure their needs are met- Driving account growth through upselling and cross-selling our vernacular services- Implementing process improvement initiatives and developing best practices to enhance account management effectivenessOperations- Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless daily operations, resolve stakeholder issues, and negotiate expedited timelines- Partnering with internal teams (Technology, Engineering, Partnerships, and Quality Control) to guide tooling, workflow, and vendor needs to scale operations- Exercising sound judgment and risk mitigation to create and modify delivery and launch plans, including unusual use cases- Resolving daily queries from stakeholders within the stipulated time and ensuring timely follow-through with team members
