What I Do- Lead the full lifecycle of grid automation projects, from initial design to final handover, ensuring systems like protection relays and control schemes meet Siemens’ high standards for safety and reliability- Collaborate with engineering, R&D, and sales teams to deliver projects smoothly, using Siemens’ SIPROTEC devices and tools like DIGSI to solve complex challenges in power grid protection- Partner directly with clients to understand their needs, turning technical requirements into actionable plans while building trust through clear communication and problem-solving- Drive innovation by integrating Siemens’ smart infrastructure solutions into grid projects, staying ahead of industry trends like digital substations and IEC 61850 compliance- Mentor junior engineers and share best practices with global teams, fostering a culture of learning and adaptability across projects in different regions- Keep projects on track by identifying and reducing risks early, and balancing technical details with contract requirements to protect both Siemens and our clients.
