As Production Manager at Leeds United Football Club, the work I do, and the skills I posses are: Leading on domestic and international streaming of 500+ hours of live content. Understanding trends, platforms, analytics and reporting.Line management and costing of freelance production staff, and talent, culminating in the delivery of the Matchday Live show, along with live First Team, U21s, Academy and Womens fixtures throughout the calendar.Responsible for driving content creation from concept to completion. Planning, filming, edit, delivery. With a focus on sustainable revenue streams and positive PR.Ensuring projects meet budget, engagement and business expectations, and are delivered on time to the highest of standards with measurable results.Undertaking player activations and shooting kit launches with major stakeholders and international brands such as Adidas and Red Bull, including as a club representative on content sessions and pre-season tours.Fostering a working environment based around idea generation - Brainstorming with internal creative team on how best to achieve project goals and to successfully meet briefs.Building and increasing roster of contacts whilst maintaining strong working relationships with key delivery partners and external staff, working with universities to create a talent pathway. Developing targets for the freelance team to help them progress.Responsible for in-bowl event production of all events staged at Elland Road, including big screen production at first team games, international football / rugby and boxing world-title fights.Strong working knowledge of communications and PR, in football, business and charity arms of the club.Working with recruitment and HR departments to use video as an effective tool for recruiting new players and staff.
