Investigating and resolving infrastructure related issues on the estate to ensure sustained network availability. • Provisioning and configuring estate infrastructure as for planned change activities. • Implementing scheduled patching and upgrade of existing estate infrastructure. • Conducting post change analysis and monitoring impacts of new patches and updates on infrastructure hardware to ensure optimal service and rollback if required.• AWS infrastructure monitoring on Cloudwatch to ensure availability and prompt response to outage.• Knowledge base update and process guide development. • Close collaboration with other units in the software and professional service department on third line support issues.• Provide 2nd line support to field personnel by running backups, investigating device malfunctions and fraud attempts.• Ensuring prompt response to Freshservice tickets for resolution and successful execution of operations task. • Provide chat room support for field team, resolve queries and escalate issues when required. • Monitor EOD files and logs to ensure archiving on S3 bucket to ensure transaction log clearance.• Manage IMS user accounts and OOH outages to minimize downtime.
