As part of Airtel’s operations team, I handle data-driven responsibilities like governance which focused on managing third-party vendor operations across domestic, international, and local markets. My work is a blend of data analysis, operations strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.Key Responsibilities:* Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and validation using Excel, Python, and Power BI to ensure data integrity and accuracy.* Fetch, query, and manage large datasets using SQL for reporting and operational insights.* Consolidate vendor-related data from multiple sources to generate clear, actionable dashboards and reports.* Collaborate with external partners for data verification and issue resolution, ensuring accurate records and compliance.* Present findings and insights during internal review meetings to support decision-making and process improvements.* Manage vendor coordination, performance tracking, and operational issue escalation to ensure smooth execution.* This role allows me to bridge operations with data analytics, contributing to performance optimization and seamless partner management within Airtel’s ecosystem.
