ABOUT TIFFANY ZHEN

As a dedicated and detail-oriented accounting professional, I graduated with a Master of Management & Professional Accounting from the University of Toronto, with a strong foundation in finance from my Honours Bachelor of Commerce from York University. My academic background, combined with hands-on experience as a Financial Reporting Analyst at CI Financial and a Staff Accountant at Spiegel & Associates, has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of financial reporting, tax preparation, and account reconciliation across diverse industries. My passion for the assurance field stems from the opportunity it provides to collaborate with multiple clients and work within dynamic teams. I thrive in environments where I can contribute to collective goals, and I am particularly drawn to roles that allow for personal and professional growth. My leadership experiences, including leading workshops and organizing campus orientation events, have further developed my teamwork and organizational skills, which are essential qualities for success in the fast-paced environment of public accounting. I am also actively pursuing my CPA designation and am a CFA Level II candidate, demonstrating my commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Outside work, I enjoy road trips, jazz, K-pop dance, and frisbee, which keep me balanced and energized.
