Manage a caseload of 200+ claimants across youth team, primarily aged 25-49, and 50+ age group, resolving work, housing, payment, health, and childcare related concerns within SLA by applying enhanced Universal Credit procedures aligned with policies and guidance.Facilitate coordination with multiple internal teams/organisations (EOs, SD, HEOs, DEA, RS, Seetec, NCS, CM, DM, ASG, UCR, SS, local council and others), reducing interdepartmental query resolution time.Maintain 85% accuracy in documentation and case management, supporting successful internal and external factors and utilising case conferencing to address compliance issues.Monitor and track progress of 300+ claimant plans, adjusting interventions to meet evolving needs and improving goal achievement rates by 10%.Keep up to date with Universal Credit policies and departmental guidance to ensure claims are accurate, compliant, and timely, while advocating for claimants\' best interests.Collaborate closely with Disability Employment Advisors to support vulnerable claimants weekly, enhancing employment transition success and increasing overall claimant satisfaction.
