As our team has grown, I have partly transitioned into an engineering manager role. In this position, I have had the opportunity to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.In my role, I am responsible for providing guidance and leadership to the team. I work closely with other departments to identify opportunities for improvement and to ensure that our platform is meeting the expectations of our users. I also play a key role in recruiting new team members, ensuring that our team has the skills and expertise necessary to drive innovation and growth within the department.However, I have also made sure to stay hands-on with the platform, actively participating in implementation of new technical solutions, daily incident resolution and on-call duty.
