Zviad Adzinbaia is a strategist, entrepreneur, and policy innovator focusing on technology, security, and geopolitics. At HarrisX - a Washington D.C-based premier technology, strategy and public opinion research firm - he covers AI, digital diplomacy, and information integrity and geopolitical initiatives shaping global tech policy and strategic competition. He is Co-founder of LEADx, a fast-growing leadership accelerator that has trained 200+ professionals from 20 countries and convened thousands across Europe and Eurasia. Previously, Zviad led the Digital Diplomacy Task Force for Ukraine, collaborating with Google, Meta, and others leading global actors to outsmart Russia\'s wartime influence operations. He also developed a globally-presented Forward Information System (FIS)—a leading-edge framework for gaining information advantage. A Fulbright Scholar, 30 Under 30 by Forbes Georgia, and a 2024 Fellow of the Eric Schmidt-backed SCSP, Zviad has coined the term “Temocracy” and champions tech-enabled democracy and platform accountability. He is currently a Ph.D. candidate at The Fletcher School at Tufts, where he leads the inaugural Tools and Weapons Symposium on digital diplomacy and information integrity.
