But the conversations I have aren\'t about features. They\'re about where the architecture has gaps that most tools weren\'t designed to fill.

I joined KnowBe4 a few months ago to work with security teams across DACH - and I\'ve been surprised by how often the same gaps come up. Not the obvious ones, everyone knows phishing is a problem and everyone has some form of awareness training.The gaps I keep hearing about are structural- simulations that haven\'t caught up to AI generated attacks- security stacks with 60+ tools and zero behavioral risk scoring on the human layer- consolidation strategies that unified everything except the one surface behind most breachesand many more.I\'m not a CISO and I\'m not pretending to have all the answers. But I talk to security leaders every single day, and the patterns are hard to ignore.
