Boys & Girls Clubs of San Francisco, an after-school and summer program for youths in grades K-12, serves as a transformative and safe space for youths in underserved communities. Within the organization, specifically at the Teen Center, I played a pivotal role in guiding and educating our Teen Interns and high school students. My focus was on assisting club members with navigating academic challenges and charting a course for their future career aspirations- Planned and led over 70 weekly job readiness and career exploration workshops in group settings, engaging 5-36 high school students- Oversaw and analyzed attendance/participation data for more than 40 students every semester- Provided individual or small-group assistance to 30+ members, guiding them in developing their academic, career, and personal goals.
