Horizon Bitumen Production Engineering Support:• Participating on preparation of overall project schedule to ensure the key deliverables of each discipline will align and are in logical sequence to meet production date requirement• Review client\'s procedure, standards and regulations • Performing conceptual design and analysis of piping system• Participating in Hazard Assessment meetings ( HAZOP) and monitoring the risk analysis completion• Reviewing / stamping P & IDs, line designation tables, piping isometrics and specialty items, piping deliverables.• Development of pre-requisites for execution of 3D Model reviews• Facilitating 3D model review with all stakeholders• Communicating technical issues and engineering requirements with vendors • Preparing detailed Scope of Work and work package for the contractors • Approving engineering drawings and facilitated the management of change process• Analyzing options for purchase of piping material and equipment to ensure the selection address technical criteria within approved budget. • Reviewing engineering and construction work packages and coordinated the inspection and maintenance of all piping systems in accordance with the piping safety programs• Review of contractual documents (Scope of Work) for Subcontractors• Coordination of work between construction site and office• Review/Evaluation of Tender and Vendor documents• Communicating execution of project with internal and external stakeholders• Ensuring compliance with client’s procedure and quality requirements
