I spent over a decade building the identity and fraud infrastructure that enterprises rely on today — across ThreatMetrix (acquired by LexisNexis), BioCatch, Callsign, and Incognia. Clients included Chase, HSBC, Lloyds, CitiBank, eBay, Airbnb, and DoorDash. I’ve built global teams, scaled organizations from zero, and operated at the intersection of identity, trust, and customer-facing infrastructure.Now I’m building agent infrastructure.A new class of customer traffic is arriving at enterprise digital surfaces: AI agents acting on behalf of customers. They browse, compare, negotiate, and transact — automatically. ChatGPT shopping referrals surged 7x year-over-year. Morgan Stanley projects agentic commerce will reach $385B by 2030.But most enterprises can’t even see it. Their analytics count sessions, not agents. Their fraud tools score transactions after the fact.
