I’m a Business Management student at the University of Findlay who enjoys working at the intersection of people, strategy, and service. On campus and in my internships, I’m drawn to roles where I can support others, solve practical problems, and help teams operate at a high-level day to day.My current experience includes serving as a Sales & Account Management Intern at AR Marketing and holding multiple leadership roles at the University of Findlay, including Resident Assistant, Lead Assistant Equipment Manager, Campus Ministry Leader, and Undergraduate Representative to the Board of Trustees. Each of these roles has stretched me in different ways and challenged me to grow in my communication, representative leadership, and support-oriented responsibilities.I’ve also gained hands-on experience through seasonal work with Hallmark Home Solutions and project-based opportunities like The Oiler 10 Consulting Agency. Across these settings, I’ve developed strengths in relationship-building, customer service, operations, and creative problem solving. All these roles have shaped my understanding on the impact of culture and clear expectations for any team.My interest focuses on leadership development where I can live out my faith by serving others well and leading with integrity. My goal is to bring a Christ-centered, people-first perspective into all settings, combining my love for people with my interest in strategy and growth. I’m always open to connecting with others who care about faith-driven leadership, thriving culture, and serving their communities well.
