I’m a healthcare operations leader with 9 years of experience managing cross-functional teams, improving workflows, and driving strategic initiatives in fast-paced clinical environments. As a current Practice and Operations Manager, I lead business-critical functions including revenue optimization, stakeholder coordination, and team development—delivering measurable results across patient satisfaction, efficiency, and growth.
