My position as Sr. Ops Specialist/Vendor management consists of creating and strengthening relationships with our labor force vendors, producing reports to measure KPIs and complete QBR decks for meetings throughout the year, and working closely with the vendor point of contact to ensure that all compliance documents are obtained, Onboarding, offboarding, tools engagement and process development.Compliance and company policy are two of the most important tasks to maintain, however onboarding vendors/suppliers and onboarding their resources into our system to ensure that tool access is granted is also important, as collaborating with other departments to develop, customize, and deploy tools and new processes are important tasks as well.
