About Zully Juarez
Zully has over a decade of extensive experience working on various environmental, transportation, and urban planning issues and their direct impacts on public health. She has experience working in the public and private sectors, non-profits, academic research centers, and as a consultant supporting policy, planning, philanthropic initiatives, research, data analysis, and community engagement efforts. She incorporates the intersection of urban planning and public health to advance people-powered planning and policy solutions to create equitable communities, specifically on issues of environmental justice and transportation equity. She is currently the Senior Research & Policy Analyst with the Just Solutions Collective where she works to identify, research, and analyze existing environmental policies, practices, procedures, and laws. Through her work, she produces reports, policy briefs, and analytical papers to inform members, partners, and decision-makers. Zully holds a Master of Urban & Regional Planning from UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs with a certification in Global Urbanization and Regional Development and two Bachelor of Art\'s degrees from UC Berkeley in Gender & Women’s Studies and Ethnic Studies.
