Zulfiqar Ali is currently working as Data Engineer (Apache Spark, Airflow, Kubernetes) at Alivia Analytics. He is working on converting the TSQL models into spark sql based model on top of spark deployed on Kubernetes and orchestrated by airflow.Previously he was working as Senior Database Engineer (MS SQL SERVER) at SeeThruTec. He was performing data migrations, deployments, administration and optimization on cloud platforms (Azure and AWS).Prior to this, he worked as Senior Database Engineer (MS SQL Server, MySQL) at NaVetor. His duties was to perform data migrations, ETL Data integration via SSIS, SQL Scripting and performance optimization.He started his career as a Web and Database Developer at Techleadz (IT Solution Provider). Overall he has expertise on MS SQL Server, its services, Performance optimization, Data migrations between systems, SQL Scripting and Data integration.Zulfiqar holds Bachelor’s degree in computer science from UET (Lahore) with 3.1 CGPA and posses 10+ years of databases and web experience.
