To learn how we can supercharge progress for you, visit hcltech.com.ERS offers engineering services and solutions in all aspects of product development and platform engineering.Responsibilities• Handling a complete recruitment life cycle for (Boeing, L3Harris, BAE systems, Intel, AMD, Facebook, Google, Tesla, Cornelis Networks, Apple, NXP Semiconductors, Microsoft, Microchip, Teradyne, Western Digital)- hands-on and a team of 3 recruiters.• Collaboration with Hiring managers - to gain understanding on the open requisitions, prioritize the needs accordingly, focus on right areas and ensure delivery with minimum turnaround time. • Collaborate with hiring manager for pre-screening and interview alignments.• Leverage multiple sourcing strategies and channels including external network, job boards, and internal referrals to provide high-quality candidates for open positions.• Contacting passive candidates and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs.• Talent forecasting Data and Reporting analytics.• Mentoring Subordinates and facilitates team training.• Responsible for End-to-End Hiring Process.
