As one of the first team members setting up operations in Dubai, I helped lay the groundwork for what would become a globally scalable platform. Later, I carried that vision forward to establish and lead our Pakistan office — aligning teams across geographies while maintaining speed, culture, and executional rigor. At myco.io, I’ve helped architect a category-defining Web3 streaming platform that merges tokenized rewards with global video content, reshaping user engagement and monetization models. While leading product end-to-end, I’ve also had dotted-line responsibilities across admin, finance, marketing, social media, content production, and engineering — giving me cross-functional visibility into how a startup operates from the inside out. I believe great products are built at the intersection of user empathy, business outcomes, and relentless iteration.
