Role: IT Service Continuity ManagerKey Accountabilities:• Maintenance and distribution of ITSCM policy. • Collaboration with Service Integration (SI) team and Application Managers on maintain and invoke ITSCM plans and BCM related activities. • Managing development, storage and access to ITSCM related materials in line with the agreed ITSCM strategy. • Leading the education, marketing, testing and rehearsals of ITSCM related activities. • Keep the ITSCM plan updated in line with the business needs. • Monitor ITSCM activities during Operations and keep the ITSCM plan relevant. • Monitor ITSCM invocation during disaster. • Participating in test plans and rehearsals. • Act as an escalation point for SI (Service Integrator) and Internal ITSCM POCs. • Build effective Relationships with SI and Customer.Incident Management-• Supporting the management of incidents for customer/customer application, safeguarding incidents/service request are correctly logged, progressed, updated and authorized.Capacity Management-• Generating trend analysis report on Disk Drive, CPU usage, Available memory, Processor Queue usage and Availability of servers.• Present Performance and Capacity reports including current usage of resources, trends, forecasts and exceptions to Clients and internal stakeholders and discuss the same in the Monthly Service Review.• Recommend and drive process improvements taking internal teams/Client in confidence.• Capacity Management Processes: Ensure all processes within Capacity Management are documented to an appropriate level of detail, and that the processes supports an efficient capacity management.
