A professionally qualified MBA (Finance) from NMIMS, Mumbai University with over 17 years of post qualification experience and more than 25 years of rich experience in the areas of Accounts, Finance, Taxation, Administration and Payroll Management. Presently working with Apax Partners India Advisers Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of Apax Partners LLP, London, as General Manager- Corporate Accounts and Admin reporting to the Director and Head of Apax Partners India Advisers Pvt Ltd. Extensive experience in financial operations including maintenance of books of accounts and taxation. Proficient in preparing Financial Statements, Cash Flows and MIS Statements. Adept at sourcing strategies, vendor identification /management. Effective communicator with excellent negotiation skills, with strong leadership qualities and analytical power. Was closely involved with some of the key projects in Johnson and Johnson Ltd viz. Accounts payable Outsourcing for Stock and Non Stock payments, Implementation of BPCS and SAP (ERPs), Setting up and Accounting of Branch office operations in Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.
