Building the App ingestion pipeline, primarily focused on gaming titles (Gears of War4, Forza Horizon 3, ReCore, Call of Duty, etc.) for XBOX ONE and PC to have the features they need to launch for the very first time on the Windows App Store through our Dev Center Portal. Responsible for Program Managing: Trailer Videos be ingested via dev center and show up in the Windows Store, Country specific apps distribution, Concept approval processes integration so only approved publishers can submit XBOX games, Adding new capabilities driven by XBOX marketing teams for publishers to showcase on their App Purchasing page in the Store. Served as Release PM for the last 4 months of this major project across all new dev center features, ensuring engineering teams from 3 Microsoft divisions that were involved were on track for a successful launch.
