As a Training Coach, I meet new starters on a regular basis that are joining the contact centre. It is my responsibility to ensure they feel welcome and comfortable in the workplace, as well as ensuring the right level of professionalism is maintained and reflected when colleagues are speaking to our customers.My role consists of many responsibilities, such as, inspiring and nurturing new colleagues throughout their training journey to ensure they are able to become their best selves to service our customers. I equip them with the best resources and knowledge, helping to provide an opportunity to progress further in their career.With my 3 years+ knowledge and experience working in Metro Bank, it has proven to be effective in this role as a Coach, as I have the ability to ensure that new starters are being given the best training to set them up for success.
