Promotion. Responsible for developing and managing a new internal team, within a matrix reporting structure, to deliver ADAS products onto our next generation vehicle platforms. Using Agile Systems Engineering methodologies to ensure cross vehicle line application and common deployment where possible. Key Achievements- Built the team up from 2 to 25 engineers within 11 months. This involved significant interaction with our recruitment team to create relevant role descriptions and subsequently interviewing candidates- Nominated for and awarded a JLR Exceptional Creator Award which is given to those in the business who go above and beyond in their role and deliver impact- Successfully led the team through 2 key programme gateways - Recognised by internal and external stakeholders for the way our team adapted to the new ways of Agile working and often used as a golden example- Co-leading a Community of Practice of circa 100 Product Owners from across the function
