I am driven by a passion for solving some of the most pressing challenges in thermal management and mechanical reliability of advanced semiconductor packaging: how to make high-performance systems cooler, more reliable, and more efficient. From hands-on reliability testing at Skyworks Solutions to cutting-edge research with Samsung Electronics and Semiconductor Research Corporation, I have built expertise in thermal designing, physics-of-failure testing, and advanced packaging reliability. One of my biggest research accomplishments includes designing and validating novel heat spreaders and packaging solutions that offers localized cooling, reduce hotspots, improve material efficiency, and enhance long-term reliability.I thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments where ideas turn into tangible solutions that push technology forward. As I continue my journey, my goal is to contribute to next-generation thermal and reliability solutions that enable AI, data centers, and advanced computing systems to perform at their peak.
