The Firm employs over 1,500 professionals worldwide.• Lead the HRIS department globally, reporting directly to the Chief of Staff, with full ownership of HR systems strategy, implementation, and optimisation of UKG Pro (HR system) and Aderant (Performance Management System), ensuring all HRIS-related projects are completed on time and within budget.• Oversee a dedicated team structure, managing two direct reports responsible for system administration and analytics functions, and guiding a team of seven indirect reports.• Provide day-to-day project leadership to motivate project teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives, adherence to timelines, and effective risk management to address potential issues proactively.• Utilise UKG Pro and data analytics tools to extract meaningful insights from HR data, analysing trends and identifying patterns to provide actionable recommendations that support strategic decision-making and enhance business performance.• Develop and execute comprehensive change management and communication plans to facilitate smooth transitions during HRIS implementation projects, ensuring stakeholder buy-in and effective user adoption.• Stay informed about relevant laws and regulations concerning HR data and ensure that HRIS practices comply with data protection and privacy regulations.• Provide training to HR staff on the effective use of UKG Pro, Aderant and analytics tools. Offer ongoing support to address any system-related inquiries or issues.• Work with IT, Finance and other departments to integrate UKG Pro with other organisational systems, to streamline processes and improve data flow.• Manage relationships with HRIS vendors. Evaluate new tools and technologies to ensure the organisation is using the most effective solutions.
