Business Partnering - Support the HRBP team to drive better ways of working and add value to the business. Help develop the people plan, aligned to the organisation’s north star. Ensure HR partnering at all levels to identify and lead change activities maximising delivery of commercial and operational objectives. • Organisational Design – Help managers determine optimal organisational structures to maximise performance in accordance with the company\'s strategic plans; review and adjust in light of changing circumstances as required. Assist in developing and delivering solutions for succession planning to drive high performance and efficiency. • Reward and recognition - Lead and deploy annual performance management approach (VIBE) and support the pay review process from an HR business partnering lens. Review current practices and recommend appropriate changes in line with wider company objectives, fairness and best practice. • Job design / job evaluation and grading specification of individual roles - Evaluation and grading of roles using agreed methodology, and contributing to data consistency and alignment. • Diversity, Equity and Inclusion - Ownership and oversight of Inspiring Colour (race network group) incorporating DE & I values into company-wide HR activities. • Ensure effective use of Workday data to drive decision making • Host regular meetings with senior managers and heads of functions, to discuss people challenges and act as an advisor to safeguard compliance with HR policies. • Support the ER agenda and lead / support relationships and key processes within assigned business units by coaching and providing feedback to help improve business efficiency. • Assist line managers in executing people processes in Workday by providing guidance, support and approvals where needed. • Manage complex casework as required. • Help deliver policies which reflect our culture and ongoing changes to legislation.
