ABOUT ZSOFIA LACZIKO

I’m a passionate connector of people, ideas, and cultures, with a background that bridges hospitality leadership, recruitment, and anthropology. After years managing high-volume hospitality environments, where I cultivated teams, shaped workplace cultures, and focused on our team members\' personal and professional development, I turned my attention to the deeper questions that shape human experience, particularly in relation to mental health, identity, and care.My academic journey in Social Anthropology and Korean at SOAS, coupled with a year studying in South Korea, deepened my interest in how different societies function and manage varying social issues. I’m especially drawn to the intersection of lived experience, cultural context, and social change, where an anthropological approach can provide a deeper understanding of different issues and topics.
