Specializing in Title 10 Security Cooperation authorities planning, I can provide insight from both tactical implementation through strategic planning, enabling me to advise senior leaders on optimizing authority utilization.Additionally, I represent OUSW(P) on all Institutional Capacity Building (ICB) matters. My role involves crafting policy guidance to seamlessly integrate ICB into all facets of capability transfers ensuring we aren\'t just doing \"one off\" trainings, rather the Department is making deliberate steps towards enshrining institutional/ministerial-level change within our allies and partners. I have a strong background in managing business travel, including independent planning, budgeting, and approval of international travel for geographically separated colleagues.While my professional background tells one side of my story, it is by my character that others will recognize me.
