An SVP at CBRE, I represent both occupiers and investors, providing expert strategic guidance to a diverse roster of clients—with a particular focus on advising occupiers in the tech, creative and financial industries, as well as the non-profit sector. Significant projects include- Representing Orchestra in a city-wide consolidation and expansion into SF at 195 Broadway- Assisting Boston Consulting Group in procuring its first Brooklyn office sq. ft.) at 55 Water Street in DUMBO- During a multi-year strategic evaluation, and in collaboration with CBRE Project Management, advising The Rockefeller Foundation in strategically evaluating its NYC HQ, which ultimately led to renovating its owned 420 Fifth Avenue headquarters to meet the foundation’s future needs. The assignment also resulted in a strategic swing space relocation to sublease at 245 Park Avenue. In addition, I have successfully leveraged myknowledge in assisting boutique private financial, real estate and technology firms throughout NYC including Springcoast Capital Partners, Vesey Street Capital Partners, Group RMC, LightBox, and InfoTrack to name just a few.I am a key team member representing the joint venture of Hines, Norges Bank, and Trinity Real Estate in their Hudson Square district repositioning, the neighborhood where his family resides as well. Since 2018, we have successfully consummated long-term leases and strategic renewals, totaling over 2.M sq. ft. Throughout my career I have leased more than 5M sq. ft. on behalf of other notable NYC owners and developers including RXR, EQ Office (Blackstone), Tishman Speyer, JEMB Realty and Howard Hughes Holdings. I am an avid supporter of numerous charity organizations, specifically recently participating on the Board of Directors of the Release Foundation, and forming the Price Brothers Family Leadership Scholarship at the University of Maryland. I am a passionate runner, and continue to participate in the fundraising of millions of dollars for numerous philanthropic organizations through completing 5 marathons (and counting), 15 half marathons, and other endurance/running-related fundraising efforts throughout the world.
